Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to describe the performance of Harry Kane for Tottenham Hotspur against Brighton as ‘wonderful’, labelling the striker a machine following his latest two goals.
Spurs are into the hat for the fifth round of the FA Cup after a good win against their Premier League rivals. Kane bookended the goalscoring, while Emerson Royal’s effort was deflected into the Brighton net by Solly March for their second.
Kane’s second goal was all about the work from Son Heung-min in the build-up. The Tottenham talisman then had a simple task to slide the ball across the line.
But his first was a moment of sheer brilliance from the 28-year-old. He now has 15 goals in all competitions for Tottenham this season. He also has four in his last five in all competitions.
And following the game, Roberts took to social media to suggest that Kane was the standout for Tottenham as he edges closer to an absolutely incredible landmark.
Here is what Roberts posted on social media in reaction to the game…

Onus on Tottenham hierarchy to give Kane and Antonio Conte what they want
Tottenham are starting to put something very impressive together. Keeping Kane was a big statement in the summer.
And following that by eventually appointing Antonio Conte was a masterstroke. But they are clearly two men who demand a huge amount.
And with that, the onus is now on the Tottenham hierarchy to make sure that the likes of Conte and Kane feel that they can achieve something special in North London.
Spurs fans will not forgive those in charge should they fail to move forward from here. They appear to now have a number of the pieces in place to re-establish themselves amongst the Premier League elite.
If they let this opportunity slip through their grasp, the Tottenham decision-makers are surely asking for trouble.
