Finding your dream wedding dress is exciting but it can also be a bit confusing! Below you will find our most frequently asked questions (FAQs).

What is your price range?

We offer both Wedding gown Rental and Sale services. Our rental package tries to accommodate all budgets and have dresses that range from  ₦35,000 to over ₦100,000 Whereas if you want to buy your wedding dress, we have dresses that start from as low as ₦65,000 to over ₦450,000.

What size of dresses do you have in store?

A lot of our dresses in store range from UK size 8-18, but we can order any bridal dress size you want for you.

How long would It take for my wedding dress to get to me?

When you order dresses that are not available in store, it takes 4-12 weeks to arrive. If you are buying a dress that is already in store and there’s no need for any alteration, you can go home with your dress immediately. If you are renting your dress, you would need to pick up and return the dress within 7days for weddings in Lagos and 10 days for weddings outside Lagos. We advise brides to pick up their dresses a few days before their wedding day.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

It is always advisable to book an appointment before coming for fittings but you can also walk into the store between 9am- 5pm Monday to Saturday and you’d be properly attended to.

How many dresses can I try and do you charge for trying on wedding dresses?

You can try up to 4 dresses or even more depending on the condition. Yes! We charge a one-time payment fee of ₦2,000 naira which will be deducted when you buy or rent any of our dresses.

How many people can I come with?

It’s advised to come with 1 or 2 trusted friends or family members because having too many opinions either from your friends or family members when you try on wedding gowns isn’t helpful. You want to choose a gown that you love. It might become difficult to make up your mind when you have to please a lot of people and listen to their opinions.

If I am renting, what accessories come with my wedding dress?

It depends on your budget, here’s an image of the various rental packages and the accessories that come with them. For example, if you are picking a dress that falls between ₦70,000 naira and ₦100,000 naira, you’d get a veil, bouquet, petticoat, tiara, or hair vine, flipflop, and earrings as complementary accessories which have to be returned along with the dress. If you pick a ₦35,000 naira dress and you want additional accessories other than what is in your package, you’d have to rent them separately.

If I am buying my wedding dress, what accessories come with it?

You’d get a veil, petticoat, and flip-flops as complementary accessories.

What are your delivery Options?

We deliver worldwide and nationwide delivery using delivery services such as DHL, GiGL, etc..

Do you dry clean dresses before renting them out?

Yes! We dry clean our wedding dresses before and and after each use.
