Tottenham Hotspur defender Cristian Romero is back in Spurs training and closing in on a return to action.
The 23-year-old suffered a hamstring injury playing for Argentina in November’s World Cup qualifier against Brazil.
Romero has been a key player for Tottenham since joining the club last summer from Atalanta.
He has started seven games in the Premier League and played both of Conte’s first two matches in charge of the club.

Just under a fortnight ago ago, Antonio Conte said Romero was “almost 100 percent fit”.
The manager added: “For sure after the international break he is available to play and help us.”
Tottenham are in FA Cup fourth-round action against Brighton on Saturday.
Romero could potentially make his comeback in that match.
Based on a training video the Spurs media team shared today, he certainly looks sharp.
The Argentine weighed in with an impressive last-ditch tackle (0:02 and again at 3:39) which prompted teammates to shout “Yes Cuti!”.
Sadly for Romero, he was on the losing side, with their training opponents celebrating at the end.
Nonetheless, Conte will surely love what he’s seen from the summer signing.
Spurs fans would surely love seeing Romero in the starting XI against the Seagulls.
